As the first point of contact for individuals seeking help with hair loss and scalp conditions, you guide them toward real answers, clinical support, and renewed confidence. This is a high-performance role designed for competitive, disciplined individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want their income to reflect their results.

Objectives:

  • Warm Lead Conversion: Engage with individuals who have already requested support, helping them book their Hair & Scalp Consultation with confidence.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive clinic growth by consistently meeting and exceeding consultation booking targets.

  • Brand Representation: Serve as a trusted representative of the Restore brand, providing a supportive and empathetic experience.

  • Process Excellence: Maintain detailed notes, follow-ups, and pipeline organization to ensure strong lead management.

  • Performance Accountability: Operate within a metrics-driven environment where results, consistency, and discipline lead to career advancement.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of phone-based sales experience preferred.

  • Skills: Strong objection handling, lead nurturing, and sales closing abilities.

  • Technical: Comfort with CRM systems, call tracking, and digital communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 20–30 conversations per day with warm leads seeking help for hair loss or scalp conditions.

  • Clearly communicate the value of our $200 Hair & Scalp Consultation.

  • Collect payment to secure booked appointments.

  • Maintain detailed notes and track all conversations in the sales pipeline.

  • Follow up with calls and texts to re-engage unbooked leads.

  • Hit and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, contacts, and paid bookings.

 

Performance Expectations:

  • You will be measured on your ability to:

  • Book and collect payment for 176+ consultations per month

  • Maintain a minimum 20% contact-to-paid conversion rate

  • Consistently meet weekly KPIs for call volume, connections, and bookings

 

Compensation:

Base Pay (Guaranteed Minimum): $20–$22/hr ($3,500–$3,850/month)
Per Paid Consultation Bonus: $50 each
Weekly Performance Bonus: $200–$600
Monthly Ladder Bonus: $300–$750
Performance Accelerator: +$500 for achieving 50+ paid bookings in a week

Average Monthly Earnings: $7,000–$8,000
Top Performers: $10,000+ per month
