Assessment first. Treatment second.
The visitor is not expected to choose between a laser, topical, supplement or transplant before the cause and follicle condition are understood.
START WITH WHAT YOU RECOGNIZE
Start With the Hair Changes You Are Experiencing
The same visible concern can have several contributors. Begin with what you are noticing, and Restore will help determine which pathway deserves closer investigation.
1
More shedding than usual
Hair on the pillow, in the shower, on clothing or in the brush can signal a disrupted hair cycle before visible thinning becomes obvious.
2
A widening part or reduced density
Diffuse thinning can have genetic, hormonal, nutritional, inflammatory or stress-related contributors that require different responses.
3
A receding hairline or thinning crown
Pattern loss often progresses gradually. Earlier assessment usually leaves more responsive follicles available to protect.
4
Itching, flakes, oiliness or discomfort
A scalp concern can exist alongside hair loss and affect comfort, product tolerance and treatment consistency.
5
Hair changes after a health or hormonal shift
Illness, surgery, medication changes, rapid weight loss, pregnancy, menopause, thyroid concerns and prolonged stress can alter the hair cycle.
6
Smooth, scarred or long-standing bald areas
Some areas may no longer contain follicles capable of responding. The first step is to determine what remains viable and what pathway is realistic.
THE SAME SYMPTOM CAN HAVE DIFFERENT CAUSES
Hair Loss Solutions Matched to Your Diagnosis
A laser cannot correct an untreated nutritional deficiency. A supplement cannot replace follicles that have been permanently destroyed. A prescription topical may help one pattern of hair loss but be inappropriate for another person because of medical history, reproductive considerations, sensitivity or scalp condition.
Restore looks beyond the product shelf to understand what each recommendation is supposed to accomplish.
✓ Pattern and location of loss
✓ Scalp inflammation and sensitivity
✓ Hormonal and nutritional clues
✓ Lifestyle and maintenance capacity

PERSONALIZED HAIR LOSS SOLUTIONS
Explore Your Hair Restoration Options
A personalized solution—not another generic product. Each treatment is included, combined or excluded according to the role it can realistically perform in your plan.
Hair restoration is the desired outcome. Treatment matching is how we determine the safest and most appropriate path toward it.

MEDICAL PATHWAY
Prescription Hair Loss Treatment
Help protect responsive follicles, extend the growth phase and reduce the signals driving pattern hair loss.
Qualified patients can be assessed by Restore's in-house nurse practitioner for pharmaceutical-grade topical treatment prepared through a compounding pharmacy. Depending on the diagnosis and medical suitability, a personalized formula may include clinically researched ingredients such as minoxidil, finasteride or other prescription actives.
Minoxidil can support follicular activity and prolong the growth phase. Finasteride reduces the conversion of testosterone to DHT, a hormone involved in progressive follicle miniaturization in androgenetic hair loss.
The objective is not to prescribe the strongest formula possible. It is to choose an appropriate formula, concentration and application plan for the person—and monitor response and tolerance.
Best suited for: Qualified men and women with pattern hair loss or selected thinning patterns where follicles remain present and responsive.
What this removes: Guessing which active ingredient, strength or online formula to purchase.
SCALP AND HOME CARE
Natural-Active Scalp and Hair Support
Create a cleaner, calmer and more supportive scalp environment without treating shampoo as a cure for every form of hair loss.
Restore selects professional scalp and hair products according to the individual's scalp condition, sensitivities, treatment plan and hair-care routine.
The professional range used at Restore is formulated with high concentrations of natural active ingredients and without sulfates, parabens, mineral oil or silicones. Products may be used to support cleansing, moisture balance, scalp comfort, hair strength and adherence to the larger treatment protocol.
Botanical ingredients such as saw palmetto may be considered in selected plans. The evidence is less established than prescription finasteride, so it is positioned as a possible supportive ingredient—not a universal or equivalent replacement.
Best suited for: Patients who need targeted cleansing, scalp support, hair-fibre care or improved tolerance and consistency.
What this removes: Buying a “miracle shampoo” and expecting it to solve a biological problem it was not designed to treat.

NON-INVASIVE STIMULATION
Low-Level Laser Therapy for Hair Growth
Use light-based stimulation to support the density and calibre of follicles that are still capable of responding.
Low-Level Laser Therapy, also called photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelengths of red light to influence cellular activity in the scalp. Research supports LLLT as a non-invasive option for male and female pattern hair loss, particularly when it is used consistently and combined with other appropriate therapies.
LLLT is painless and requires no injections or recovery period. It is not a replacement for diagnosis, and it cannot recreate a follicle that has been permanently destroyed.
Best suited for: Selected men and women with early-to-moderate pattern thinning, diffuse loss or weakened density where follicles remain viable.
What this removes: Being sold a technology simply because the clinic owns it.
NEEDLE-FREE IN-CLINIC TREATMENT
TransEpidermal Hair Growth Infusion (Alma TED)
Support the scalp environment and delivery of a professional peptide-based hair-care formula without needles, injections or blood draws.
Deliver a concentrated blend of hair-supporting peptides and nutrients into targeted thinning areas—while helping responsive follicles produce more visible, stronger hair. No blood draw. No scalp injections.
Hair-growth ingredients can only help if they reach the area where they are intended to work. Our TransEpidermal Hair Growth Infusion uses Alma TED technology, combining acoustic energy and controlled air pressure to condition the scalp barrier and enhance trans-epidermal delivery of a professional hair-growth formula.
Get Growth-Supporting Ingredients Into the Scalp—Without the Injection Process
A needle-free alternative for patients who want an intensive in-clinic hair-growth treatment without the blood draw and repeated scalp injections associated with PRP. The formula contains more than 30 hair- and scalp-supporting ingredients, including peptides and nutrients.
Best suited for: Selected men and women with pattern thinning or diffuse density loss where follicles remain viable and a comfortable in-clinic stimulation treatment fits the personalized plan.
No blood draw. No repeated scalp injections. No needles. No downtime.

ADVANCED DENSITY SUPPORT IN-CLINIC + VIRTUAL
Advanced Exosome + GHK-Cu Hair Density Therapy
Support more active, visible hairs and stronger strands—helping thinning areas look progressively fuller and better covered.
Hair thinning is not always caused by follicles disappearing completely. Often, follicles that are still present become less productive, producing fewer visible hairs or increasingly fine, miniaturized strands.
Our Advanced Exosome + GHK-Cu Hair Density Serum is designed to support the environment around these responsive follicles using exosome-based ingredients and GHK-Cu copper peptides. This treatment has been proven to help support healthier follicle activity, stronger hair production and greater visible density in areas where the follicles still have the ability to respond.
For in-clinic patients, we can use Alma TED technology to deliver the serum trans-epidermally across targeted areas of thinning using acoustic energy and controlled air pressure—without scalp injections, blood draws or the discomfort associated with more invasive procedures.
For qualified virtual patients, the serum may also be prescribed as a monitored home-use spray, allowing the same density-focused strategy to become part of a personalized at-home treatment plan.
Best suited for: Patients with thinning or reduced density in areas where follicles remain viable and the treatment plan calls for advanced follicle and scalp support.
The Goal: help more of the follicles you still have become productive, support stronger individual hairs, and create a meaningful improvement in how much scalp coverage you see.
PRECISION SUPPORT
Nutritional Support Based on Need, Not Guesswork
Correct relevant nutritional barriers without placing every patient on the same hair supplement.
Hair follicles depend on adequate protein, iron, vitamins and minerals. However, taking more supplements does not automatically produce more hair. A deficiency may contribute to hair loss, while unnecessary or excessive supplementation can be ineffective and, in some cases, harmful.
Restore reviews diet, symptoms, medications, health history and available testing before recommending nutritional support. When a specific need is identified, the plan can target that need with an appropriate dose, duration and follow-up strategy.
Best suited for: Patients whose history, symptoms, dietary pattern or testing suggests that a deficiency, inadequate intake or absorption concern may be contributing.
What this removes: Paying for a generic supplement pack based on marketing rather than an identified need.

NP-LED INVESTIGATION
Hormonal Hair Loss Management
Identify when androgen sensitivity or a broader hormonal change may be influencing the hair cycle, then determine the appropriate medical pathway.
Hormonal hair loss does not always mean a hormone level is simply too high or too low. Some follicles are genetically more sensitive to normal androgen levels, while other patients may have a broader endocrine or health issue contributing to shedding.
Restore's nurse practitioner can review medical history, symptoms, medications and relevant testing, then determine whether prescription treatment, further investigation or coordination with another healthcare provider is appropriate.
Best suited for: Patients with pattern hair loss or hair changes associated with menopause, postpartum transition, PCOS-related symptoms, thyroid concerns or medication changes.
What this removes: Being told to “balance your hormones” based on symptoms alone.
WHEN MEDICAL CARE SHOULD COME FIRST
Some scalp symptoms should not wait for a clinic assessment.
Hair growth is slow, and everyday mirror checks are unreliable. Different lighting, styling and camera angles can make progress look better or worse than it is.
Restore uses GroTrack's compact, cellphone-sized imaging unit directly over standardized scalp areas to capture magnified follicle and scalp images. Those images create a baseline that can be compared at future visits under more consistent conditions.
The purpose is not only to document improvement. Objective tracking helps the clinical team identify changes in density-related patterns, strand calibre and follicular-unit appearance, then decide whether the plan should be maintained, optimized or reconsidered.

NON-SURGICAL AND SURGICAL HAIR LOSS SOLUTIONS
Hair Transplant Guidance for Advanced Hair Loss
Nonsurgical treatments can support follicles that still exist. They cannot create new follicles in an area where the follicular structures have been permanently destroyed.
When Restore finds that continued nonsurgical stimulation is unlikely to produce meaningful coverage, we explain the limitation rather than allow the patient to continue spending on an unresponsive area. Suitable patients can be guided toward one of our vetted surgical hair-transplant partners.
Advanced pattern loss is not automatically scarring alopecia.
Severe miniaturization and true follicular destruction are different conditions and require different evaluation.
Scarring alopecia requires caution
Active inflammatory disease should be diagnosed and controlled before transplantation is considered, and candidacy may be limited.
A transplant does not stop ongoing native-hair loss
Long-term planning may still include treatment to protect the hair that has not been transplanted.
